  • On average processing takes 3-7 business days. These products are made to order and are high quality, so it takes time to ensure perfection!

  • If there are any shipping or processing delays on your order, we will notify you as quickly as possible to ensure customer satisfaction.

Next-Day Delivery

Tracking: 

  • We update tracking information within 1-3 days after the product is shipped.  
  • Tracking can be checked through our ORDER STATUS page
  • We send a tracking confirmation email for your convenience as soon as the tracking has been updated. 

Lost Package?

More Information: 

  • For International countries: The tracking will update once the product has arrived IN your country. So please allow at least 10 days to see the updates. 
  • Shipping takes slightly longer with us because we offer free shipping to customers with orders over $100 for our customer's convenience and we cannot afford to offer quicker shipping methods. This would force us to raise our prices, and we don’t want to do that! 
  • We DO NOT accept refunds for any reason while products are IN TRANSIT. We will of course always work with you once you receive the products or before we ship them!
